I am using this product to treat a health problem called anal fissure you can read about on Wikipedia. The article is useful because it explains the condition very well and differentiates it from other lower digestive conditions. With Anal fissures, bowel movements are painful events and fresh red blood runs into the toilet from a tiny external tear of the anus which never fully heals and painfully bleeds with each use of the restroom. My problem of anal fissure persisted for fully six months and would never heal in all that time. I have developed a treatment for the problem based on the theory that an anal tear is caused by insufficient water intake, insufficient fiber in the diet, lack of exercise, along with straining to eliminate body waste. Once created the tear refuses to heal fully due to the presence of bacteria from the rectum. My three part program includes a twice daily cleansing ritual combined with over the counter medication and diet supplements. There are certain things I am not doing correctly. I should be taking an exercise walk daily but I have fallen short of this goal. Eating prunes, bran fiber or psyllium husks could help but I have not, in fact, done any of those things as I should.
